1. How do I book a session?
Booking a session is easy! Visit diondrajpeg.com/booknow, choose your desired package, and complete the booking form. Some services require full payment upfront, while others require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your session. If you have specific needs, feel free to contact us before booking.
3. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, to secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for most services. However, Standard Headshot Sessions, Creative Portrait Experiences, Premium Branding & Lifestyle Photography, and Product Photography may require full payment upfront. The remaining balance for deposit-based bookings is due 24 hours before your session.
4. What if I need to reschedule my session?
We understand that things happen! Clients may reschedule once if they provide at least 48 hours’ notice. The rescheduled session must take place within 30 days, or a new booking will be required. Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
5. What happens if I’m running late to my session?
Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may have their session shortened to avoid scheduling conflicts. If you are 30 minutes late or more without notice, your session may be canceled without a refund.
6. Do you offer refunds?
All payments made to D-JPEG PHOTOGRAPHY are final and non-refundable due to the nature of our time-based services. If a session is canceled, the deposit can be credited toward a future booking within 30 days, but no cash refunds will be issued.
7. Can I get the RAW files or unedited images?
No, RAW files and unedited images are not provided under any circumstances. All delivered images are professionally edited to meet quality standards.
8. Can I request additional edits or retouching?
Each package includes one round of minor revisions (such as color correction and basic retouching). Additional edits beyond the included package will incur an extra fee.
9. Do I have full rights to the images after my session?
While you receive a license for personal or commercial use based on your package, D-JPEG PHOTOGRAPHY retains copyright ownership of all images unless stated otherwise in a separate licensing agreement. We may use select images for portfolio, marketing, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.
10. How do I receive my final images?
Final images will be delivered via a secure online gallery or download link, allowing you to access high-resolution files. A notification will be sent once your images are ready.
11. Do you offer prints or albums?
At this time, we provide high-resolution digital files. If you’re interested in prints or albums, please let us know, and we can recommend trusted printing services.
12. How does product photography work?
Clients ship their products to us, and we professionally photograph them according to their selected package. Clients are responsible for all shipping costs, and unclaimed products after [7] days may be discarded or donated.
13. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and payments through Stripe or Square. Payment must be completed before services are rendered.
14. What happens if I dispute a charge or file a chargeback?
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited, and by booking, you agree to the no-refund policy. Any disputed transactions will be contested with supporting documentation, including signed agreements, proof of service delivery, and communication records.
